COOKING CLASS SANT’ULIVIERI

The cooking class will take place in an authentic family farm that produces fruit, vegetables, wine and oil. In an ancient Tuscan farmhouse, immersed in the countryside with the towers of San Gimignano in the panoramic background, you will discover Tuscan recipes and the secrets of fresh pasta while you will be welcomed by the genuine warmth and hospitality of the Sant’Ulivieri farmhouse.

You will feel like you are welcomed into a family, creating an atmosphere that will make the whole experience not only delightful but also authentic, personal and memorable.

OUR PROPOSAL

We’ll start the day with a wonderful vegetable picking experience right from the farm’s own garden. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the land and understand the importance of fresh ingredients in authentic Tuscan cuisine.

Our skilled chef will guide you through the preparation of delicious bruschettas, using freshly harvested seasonal produce. Then, we’ll dive into the magic of fresh pasta, with two delightfully crafted variations, all seasoned with seasonal ingredients that capture the distinctive flavors of Tuscany.

To conclude this unforgettable culinary journey, you’ll savor an authentic Tuscan dessert, prepared with love and expertise. We will all have lunch together, savoring our culinary creations. Each dish will be carefully paired with premium wines from the region, enhancing the flavors to make your meal a complete sensory experience.

At the end of the course you will receive a Tuscan cuisine recipe book to recreate the dishes at home.

Possibility to request the gluten free course (we can make gluten free preparations but we cannot guarantee total non-contamination) or vegetarian

DURATION: 3 Hours and 30 Minutes

PRICE: 130 Euro per adult, 80 Euro per child aged 4 to 11

If you don’t have a car we can organize round trip transportation on request from Colle di val d’elsa area at a cost of 30 euros. From San Gimignano and Poggibonsi area at a cost of 50 euros. From Siena at the cost of 80 euros.

  This was not only the best cooking class experience I have had, but it was the highlight of my trip. Alessandro and Alice were incredible cooks, hosts and people. The farm is beautiful, the tour of it was great, and the views are insane. Each element of the class was super fun - they are very interactive and helpful throughout the process. The two pastas we made were the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough and the value was incredible. 10/10 experience and I will personally be recommending this to anyone I know going to the Tuscany region.

  What a wonderful experience at Sant'Ulivieri farm cooking class.  The farm overlooks the Tuscan region, and you can see San Gimignano in the distance.  The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and made the day so enjoyable!  We started with a tour of the farm and picked our own tomatoes for bruschetta.  We also hand-made pasta and delicious sauces before sitting outside and enjoying our lunch.  We were even serenaded by lovely accordion music!  Would highly recommend this experience!

  My husband and I had the most incredible and authentic cooking class experience! It was just the two of us with our talented chef Barbara. She showed us around the farm/garden area and helped us pick fresh ingredients for our dishes. We made an appetizer, 2 different types of pasta, and a dessert. Also included 2 wines to enjoy! The recipes were sent to us after class so we can now make the delicious dishes at home for family and friends. Can not say enough amazing things about this cooking class!

For those looking for a cooking class in Tuscany, I highly recommend this class at Santulivieri.  We enjoyed an appetizer, lots of wine lots of pasta and some great dessert.  Oh and an incredible view of San Gimignano.
