Alessandro und seine Mutter haben uns im Anschluss gezeigt wie man Tagliatelle und Gnocchi selbst macht und auch bei den passenden Saucen hat Alessandro uns mit in die Küche genommen und alles detailliert erklärt! Das zubereitete Essen war unglaublich lecker und der Geschmack ist einzigartig! Der ganz Tag war rundum perfekt - alle waren sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. During our stay, we signed up for the pasta cooking class - it far exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our family's two-week trip to Italy! We started with a tour of the beautiful farm and got to taste some produce, then Alessandro chose some fresh vegetables to use for our class. The class was a nice mix of observing Alessandro plus hands-on participation. We had a wonderful 5-course meal outside with bruschetta, salad, fresh gnocchi, fresh pasta, and dessert (while Alessandro treated us to a few songs on the accordion!). I have some dietary restrictions and Alessandro was so kind and improvised on the spot to make a special dish for me that was absolutely outstanding! We enjoyed a full day in the cooking class and would highly recommend it to anyone journeying through Tuscany who would like an authentic and immersive culinary experience! Sat outside in the Tuscan sun chatting about his passion for food with us we had the most amazing day with laughter and the best Italian food with the freshest simplest ingredients. Können diesen Pastakurs nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Wir hatten auch nich das Glück alleine mit der Familie sein. Alessandro, Veronica und Roseanna sind so unglaublich nette Menschen mit einem großem und richtig schönen Farm. Von Olivenöl bis Gemüse und frischen Passata findet man hier alles was das Herz begehrt zu einem spitzen Preis uns herausragender Qualität. Aber nun zum Pastakurs. Als erstes machten wir eine Vorpeisenplatte ( alles aus eigenem Anbau, sogar die Wurstwaren). Wir waren bereits die Tage zuvor in vielen Restaurants und haben dort nicht so gut gegessen wie hier und das aus den einfachsten Zutaten. Wir sind ins Reden gekommen und dadurch auf das Thema Trüffel den wir lieben. Daraufhin hat Alessandro uns Gerichte mit einer Menge an Trüffel gezaubert von der man nur Träumen kann.
